The black gold is his nickname and best description.

Many were angry because I ranked him number 10 in my previous list, for a reason I mentioned there. I wasn’t happy as well with this ranking. BTW he is my favorite active fighter. His fighting style is very brutal, simply pushing and destroying!

Buakaw has defeated Masato once and lost to him once. Defeated Souwer once and lost to him twice. Defeated Kraus twice and lost to him twice.

He is the only fighter of the 5 we mentioned above who fought Petrosyan and didn’t lose, but he didn’t win as well. The fight was a draw, and I can’t wait to see them fighting again.

Bukaw has defeated many great fighters out of this list as well, like Mike Zambidis and Nieky Holzken.

I was wondering what makes this man fighting till now, He doesn’t need to prove anything. Until I watched a video for someone asking him this question. he answered in its meaning:

“I fight to represent my country, to represent the Thai fighting style. I actually don’t feel that I’m a superstar, I’m just a fighter and I like to fight”.
